After AdSense approved your account, you would need to add their code and set up the options for what ads to show where you prefer. If you have done that, have you added your ads.txt file for their crawler? If you check your logs, have you seen their media bot asking for ads.txt?
When your account was approved, they usually include links to the next steps so you know how to get started.
