By the way, ... this is odd, if you didn't block them yourself. Didn't you give access to your account, to someone else? May, you let a third party optimize your account, and they might have disabled these ad networks.
Good luck to unlock them, since it has to be done one by one, and taking forever ... been there, while experimenting :)
