Indian publishers - What are the GST implications?

What are the GST implications for Indian publishers? I reckon there would be publishers like us who serve an international audience? If the earnings are for ads that are served outside India is it still applicable for GST?

Where the ads are served is irrelevant. Google is your customer, probably the Singapore branch if you're in India.

From what I gather online, GST doesn't come into play here unless you cross a certain yearly threshold. So, it depends.
