Question of wordpress publishers running ads

I'll post this poll-style, but any discussion / feedback would be much appreciated:

Do you currently use AMP?
A) Yes - Google AMP plugin
B) Yes - A different plugin (which one?)
C) No - because it doesn't make as much money for me
D) No - because it's a pain to set-up
E) No - other

I'm working on something for publishers that might have to be changed depending on how people are adopting AMP. I'm just trying to get an impression of what publishers like you guys think about the project at the moment.

Yeah, I'm definitely not here to persuade anyone. Basically I'm building a plugin that doesn't currently work on AMP pages and deciding what (if anything) to do about that.
