Yes it's true.
Depending on where you set the slider at, that is, if you set the slider a 99% revenue, then you should only really only recover 1%.

my slider is at 85% every time I set it back to 100% I start to have bad feeling about earnings as CPC decreases but I cannot be sure if it is just bad day(s)

Use Google Ad Manager to use backup ads or affiliates instead of only Adsense.
