Adsense keeps on flagging my old deleted files.

So I received another notice from Adsense this time for adult content of a jpg file (my site is movie entertainment related). So I visited that jpg url and it gave a 404 page which means I probably deleted this old file months ago.

Folks here said that Adsense works on old cached files of the site? What should I do now? Please advise. Thanks!

You could always replace that file with a tiny 1px white (or black) .jpg as long as it is the same name and in the same directory as the deleted file. At some point they will notice there is no demand for that image. It could be that someone might have (hot)linked to the old URL which is why AdSense thinks it still exists.

not2easy thanks but the url is a url alias and it is difficult to add an image url alias anymore (I updated the site software). So it seems I'm stuck. If the warning doesn't go away in a week, I'll have to contact Adsense again then.
