Allow and Block Ads feature not working for me

For the past three days I am seeing:

We apologise for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it.

I'm in the UK.

I don't know if it's the same, but :

- when I disable personalized ads globally (not only in the EEA) it has no effect, I continue to see impressions / clicks / earnings for personalized ads and it has been one week since I disabled them globally (for experimentation)

- when I change the ad balance, it has no impact either

So may be it's related.

Did you by any chance enabled ad blocker on adsense dashboard? If yes, try to whitelist adsense and check again. Ad blockers don't play well with adsense website.
