How do you handle a violation report for a site you don't own? I have a page-level violation for linkedin.com

Use the Adsense > Settings > My Sites ...to control what sites you are responsible for.

In that settings area, I don't have linkedin.com listed as one of my sites.
You need to add your publisher ID to the following ads.txt files: linkedin.com/ads.txt
I do see that, however... Not sure how or why this is happening. I guess it doesn't happen to anyone else...

Since this LinkedIn page is not one of your authorized sites, you are not responsible for it. Ignore the notification.

Will do...
Thank you...

However... this may be a heads-up that someone with a LinkedIn page has scraped some of your content along with one or more of your ads. You may wish to investigate.

@keyplyr well that's very interesting... Where would I begin? Do a search for "linkedin" with my Adsense publisher number?

Didn't that notification identify the exact document?

Only the domain itself, unfortunately...

LinkedIn is behind a wall so unless you have an account, you can't visit member's pages or feeds.
Otherwise, you can use plagiarizing tools to locate stolen content or just web search for quoted phrases from your pages.

Thank you. Man, I wouldn't know where to begin. I have 40 sites... I guess I'll just ignore it... Good advice, though. Thanks again...

I have eight domains listed for this warning that I don't own or have decom'd. I asked Google to remove it and I am told it is not a priority to fix.
I don't know why it's so hard to add a "dismiss" button like they have in DFP.
