Hello guys! Hope you are all fine.
I recently checked my account and noticed that the balance on Adsense is disappeared. its been mentioned "we couldn't retrieve data, please refresh the card" although i refreshed it the balance won't show up.
could you please explain what does that mean ?

It means what it says. For the moment the dashboard can't display your balance, wait, and come back later. It will be back.

This happens from time to time. Eventually the balance reappears. I assume that it looks up the value in their DB and if for what ever reason the result isn't returned fast enough then you get this message. It is nothing to stress about.
