That was kind of curious. "Enable ad blocking in two clicks".

Anyway I have never blocked ads before. When I go there I see I need to put in the destination url. How do I determine the destination url without clicking on the ad?

You can try tracking the ad down in the "Ads (Ad Review Center)" - it's the last tab in the same section.

When you find the ad in question, hover over it and there will be a panel that pops up. On this panel is an UP/DOWN arrow icon in the absolute lower right. Click on that and you will be given another screen showing some stats on the ad along the left side of the screen. One of the stats is the Destination URL. You can then just copy this URL and paste it in the Advertisers URL section to block at the URL level. That's one way.

I use the Chrome browser (by Google.) There's a (free) extension called the Google Publisher Toolbar. [chrome.google.com]

This is a must if you publish Adsense. It gives you all that info and displays your account metrics.
