Hello there, im new here and im not perfect with the english language, anyway my question is, i've send my national ID for Pin verification manually , im waiting more than 2 weeks but still no response , how long does it take ?! Im from Serbia by the way!

I mailed mine in many years ago so I do not recall the exact time that passed before receiving my PIN by mail, but I do recall it was far more than two weeks and closer to 2 months, possibly more. When it showed up in my mailbox I had nearly given up on ever seeing it. Things may have improved since then - I hope it will arrive for you within a few more weeks.

Mine is postmarked Mar 30, 2007, not quite 10 years now.
