Google tax - Indian webmasters what are your thoughts?

The tax kicks in from today in India

As with everything law in India, this is extremely confusing. What does this affect Adsense publishers from a tax point of view. Would we be coming under the ST bracket?

Will we have to pay the service tax or Google will cut automatically? I received the notification too as well.
