Last few days I saw this message on my account 3 times. less than 24 hrs 2 times, do you think it could be the reason of ctr drop ?

I would say that 99% of the times I have seen that message over the years then my CTR drops and earnings are down. They say otherwise therefore it's one heck of a coincidence!

My earnings always drop on the day a red bar shows up. I'm not sure if those lost earning are added the next day or two or not.

There is no reason (unless legally) for Google to post the red bar some stats delayed message. Their data in the 2 years is already delayed. So essentially what their red bar message means is data is delayed even more than usual. How is that helpful to publishers?

I find it helpful to see the "red bar".

I know that on a Monday, in mid-November, by 3pm, I should have accrued $200+ in earnings. If it's only $150 and I see the red bar, I can rest easy knowing things will catch up. If there's no red bar, that means something else is wrong and I have to start investigating. *

* Above example/figures may or may not be hypothetical :P
