Do I have to show a message to users about cookies when I am running Adsense ads? My site doesn't use any other cookies!

Depends on the jurisdiction where you live and where your site is hosted.

I am from Spain but my website is hosted on Ipage US server! I have a cookie policy link in my footer that tell users about the fact that the cookies used by the site are only used for it's correct functionality and not used to track anyone.
Should I mention that we use Adsense and cookies used by those ads are not use by the website in anyways!
What should I do?
