anybody get a check yet?

If I am to receive a check from California by August 30, they had better send out checks tomorrow.

I must admit, I am getting anxious. The check is supposed to be quite large (relatively speaking) and I want it. Anybody get paid for this month yet?

No payment could be related to the all problems people have posted seeing lately with the statistics pages. I doubt they pay anyone unless they know for sure the amounts are correct.

still waiting... 30 days will be tomorrow, and I know they do not work on Saturday (at least officially).

If/When I get this check, I think I will go out to dinner to celebrate this Christmas season. So long as Google maintains their end of the deal, Christmas will be spectacular... almost religious!

I just noticed this too, with an August 20th date.

I am sure it takes a corporation as big as Google a couple days, to allow for the checks to be printed, get them signed/stamped, then into an envelope, sealed up, stamped and into the mail. Having been involved in a large company before, I know that there are all kinds of channels to go through when cutting checks.

Last month the payment information appeared on the 19th and checks started arriving on the 25th - so I guess we should be expecting something nice to appear in the post around September 4th :)

Does anyone else have a problem with this? They say the check was issued on the 20th... Yet, if that were the case, I'd have my check by now. It's obviously wrong and NOT within 30 days. Seems kinda shady to me....

I am really pleased that the payments are showing. As long as I know that they are on the way then that is all that matters really.....

I have been around for a while and used many advertising companies and the fact that Google has obviously made an effort to get the facts up is GREAT. They are making an effort. God knows what has been happening in the AdSense offices. For all we know they may have been having all sorts of problems.

Google Adsense is the biggest thing the internet has seen in years. Web designers/masters could do very well from this. Google seem to have got off the ground, they may be a bit like the 'wright brothers' at the moment, but I am hanging in for when they are steering the 'space shuttle'. It could be quite a ride......

Hmm, my payment date says august 20th, even though it just showed up today. does that mean the check has been send on the 20th and could basically arrive any day now? Or is the date when it shows, the date the cehck has been sent?

I'm not saying they won't have some bugs to work out...I'm certainly willing to deal with that... But, posting on the 30th that my payment was issued on the 20th...and I havn't seen a dime...it's just shady... I would expect Google to have their stuff together better than that..The FACT is...Google says they paid me 10 days ago... when in FACT they didn't.

I'm another one who didnt start until late July so haven't got a cheque yet, but out of interest, is there any difference in the value of the cheque and the figures shown in the ongoing tally?
