Very high CTR. Cause for concern?

I have 2 websites I have recently created (2 moths ago)and about a month ago they started receiving traffic, around 300 / day each of the site to a total of around 500-600/day combined.

For the past month the CTR has ranged between 2% and 25%, with most days hanging around 11%.

I've done AdSense in the past and from experience and from what I've read, a GOOD CTR is 2%, and 25% is almost unheard of.

My concern is that this will raise suspicion in Google's eyes, altough I haven't done anything suspicious at all. All traffic is organic and all ads are according to the AdSense policy.

Could this high CTR be only a fluke and my traffic is too small to actually draw a conclusion?

Where's your traffic coming from? If you have your AdSense tied to your Google Analytics, it should tell you the source of your earnings.

90% of my traffic comes from Bing and Yahoo (same thing).

If it's legitimately coming from search engines, and you're not doing anything against TOS that would encourage or inflate clicks, then your CTR is unusual but probably okay.

I would maybe double check that my ads weren't too close to my navigation, or otherwise be absolutely sure that they can't be mistaken for navigation or content.

Check that your layout in not encouraging accidental clicks, this is a violation and my ads were blocked when I had this violation.
