I want to build an international site with Adsense on it.

Initially I'd like to work on content for a country where good potential Adsense revenue is there.

For example US based CPC is 5-10 times higher than that of India.

One way to to priortise based on Wikipedia's developed country [en.wikipedia.org] index.

Is there any other way?

Isn't China's CPC growing proportionately to it's economy?

Only if you believe the hype.

Anyway, who is going to write the content for the site. In another thread you mentioned that you don't understand those languages.

This dpends entirely from where your visitors is based. All my sites are international apart from a couple of .co.uk.

I can tell you that my average EPC on a .in site with Indian visitors is about USD 0.11 however when a visitor from the UK or US clicks on the .in site the value may be USD 0.30-50

Of course I have absolutely no idea what type of ad they're clicking on other than I assume it is an ad relevant to their specific country and not to India however I may be completely incorrect, Google does not give us this information therefore only educated assumption can be made.

Having written that my clicks average anywhere from USD 0.03 to USD 1.50, occasionally I get more if an advertiser makes a mistake and believe me, your idea is nowhere as easy as you may think it to be even if done correctly!

Why? Think local, Google is attempting as far as possible to localise their SERPs with varying results, it's quite possible that your site may not even be seen.

Don't forget smart pricing. If your traffic isn't high quality, your clicks get discounted no matter what country they're coming from.
