It used to be very rare if I had more than 1% deducted but two consecutive months biting a big chunk from earnings is not nice, for October 7.9%, that's almost 2 1/2 daysworth!

Google didn't take anything from my finalized earnings. Maybe they figured the 50% drop from September was already enough. :-(

They only took away 23 cents from my earnings in October, but it turned out to be a dismal month.

Normally I have $40-$80 deducted. For October I had $640 deducted. Ughhh.

Google Adsense seem to have it in for me right now. Not satisfied with reducing my RPM by 75% over the month of October, they've also taken £2,230 off of my October finalized earnings!
Last month I lost just 27p off my finalized earnings.

I know you say you have the same traffic, but I'd sure take another look at that.

Are you seeing these as deductions (invalid traffic and similar), or just a difference in estimated and final earnings?

Mine is being shown as a difference in my last month's earnings and my current balance.
Netmeg - Definitely the same traffic - or at least very, very similar.
Still awaiting a response from Google.

For about the third month in a row, I received an increase. This one was larger than the previous ones at about +4.25%.
