Doesn't sound to me like G's changing the rules (copyright infringement is copyright infringement and has been so for centuries). Just because G is getting stricter about enforcing the rules doesn't mean they're changing them.

Oh, and stealing has been stealing since the dawn of time.

Stealing from my (copyrighted) work appearing on other sites (scraped) and G putting adsense on those and dissing the originator, even after all have been DMCA'd) then the rules have changed. Potato, potahto... One can yell into a tin ear for only so long...

They lost me on the "Framing" concept. I don't do it but I see many sites on a regular basis that do and they're using AdSense.

Clearly, Google is making it clear to those that are stealing content and ignoring copyright, and using AdSense that they should not be surprised to find their account frozen and funds unpaid, if caught.

Catching the content thieves is the problem, imho.
