URL Channels

Am I missing something?

I set up URL channels and set it up to track all pages on a domain.

But I was under the impression this would track all pages I have adsense on the entire domain...

Is this true?

I think I see it only tracking the main index page.

Correct. I set-up a channel for each of my websites and it is tracking all pages that have AdSense. The format for the channel is www.yourwebsitename.com.
