Hi , I've a problem here. I've my YouTube account and it haven't asocciated with any Adsense Account. But is very funny that why this message are appeared at the top on Monetization tap in the channel setting. The message stated "Your AdSense Application has been submitted and is being reviewed. You will receive an email regarding the status of your application within about a week." But I've wait more than a week ,I still haven't received anything from them. Can I know what happen?

I thought your Adsense account was disabled. What did you do to be allowed back in?

No, nobody here can solve the problem. But I might be able to explain it. I have a lot of Google accounts, because I use them for different things, including managing clients' AdWords and YouTube accounts.

When you start a YouTube account, they *automatically* run that banner about monetization, but it doesn't mean you're automatically accepted. They may well have connected your current account to your disabled account and decided against you.

Once you're out of AdSense, you're out for good unless you can establish an identity that has NO connection whatsoever with your previous one. That can be done, but Google has a lot of data you have to get around.
