payments not received

impossible to receive answer from google about checks

I know I am not the only one, but how do I get through to the person who will actually answer my request for information about a missing payment? I've followed the directions on the payment page, twice. I've written letters and sent them to california; no answer...... I rely on this income. i have not changed address, I received two checks since the missing one; March 2012, and am afraid it is happening again this month as I have not received the check that was supposedly sent May 25. HELP thanks, Patsy

This happened to me once, so I did what they wanted in order to have the check re-issued. I took a month and was added to the next payment. You have to be patient.
