Anyone else receive this?

With AdSense's usual efficiency I received two emails timed 19 mins apart. Being naturally suspicious I checked Whois.

I received this also and similarly did a whois to check its legitimacy.

I got it and ignored it - the last one I did depressed me too much, I don't need that.
(Why? Because the questions didn't address what I see as the issues with the product and I didn't feel that my input would make any difference, making it a waste of my time)

I received it and filled it out. I doubt they'll change anything based on what I wrote, but I tried.

I got it and took the time to fill it out. There are boxes where you can write responses in addition to pre-selected choices for answers to their questions. I gave them Low Marks for Customer Service.

No. I look after two accounts. The one that earns the least amount has already received (and deleted) it. The high earning one, hasn't yet arrived. It will, and that too will be deleted.

NO - I didn't bother telling the children at AdSense how they've royally screwed up. I'm sick of hammering teenage grand-children about that.

Filled it out, the only one important section for me was the "other comments section" at the end.

My main gripe was the abundance if IBA (or whatever it's called) ads that chase my viewers.

Please, please, more ads relevant to my content and not the last mega site they visited but didn't buy from.

I wouldn't even waste my time.

In true Adsense fashion the survey team will never communicate back to the the team(s) responsible for analysing or acting on the survey data.
