Can suspended individual account apply for business account?

Assume you have a valid business entity.
Is it allowed? Anyone have the experience in applying business adsense account after your own personal account was disabled?

You can always apply. But if there's anything at all linking you to the suspended account (and remember, Google knows all, sees all, and when they don't, they make it up) you probably won't get accepted.

Sure, but if one gets banned, and they connect you to the other, you'll get banned there. Seen it happen plenty of times.
