New text with ads?

I found a website that was displaying this with ads:

Annonces Goooooogle

Are they trying new things again? or do you opt in?

I also note that it takes you to a Google page in a different Language Yet the website was in English!

"Annonces" is French for "Advertisements".

For some reason, google thought you were a French visitor, that's all.

Sometimes geotargetting by IP address messes up ;-)

I click onto a different page same website and it was normal ads by google.

Our server is Located in our City - Glasgow - Scotland :)

I just thought it was different..

It is usually page language specific - I have adsense on a site in 4 languages, and it says "ads by Google" in the language that the page is written in.

Could it be that there is very little text on the page, or some words in French?

It was all english, infact it was about dogs no french or anything to do with french lol...

Actually it has to be with GeoTargeting. My visitors will see "Anúncios Goooooogle" or "Ads by Goooooogle" depeding if they are in Portugal or UK/USA
