Offer From YouTube to Earn Money With Google Ads

I have videos on YouTube and have received several emails lately from YouTube offering to put Google Ads on my videos.

I have a couple of questions before I make a decision about it.

Even though I'm only earning less than a third of what an average month used to be, I don't want to lose my AdSense account.

IF I were to let them put the ads on my videos, could I lose my AdSense account if say people put a lot of thumbs down or reporting it for any reason, (maybe a competitor or someone just being ugly).

Has anyone had their AdSense put on their YouTube videos and ever lost their account because of it?

Also, these videos are not ones that get a LOT of visits, they've been there a long time and over time, they've gotten a decent amount of visits.

What say you? Is it worth it or not?

Yes.

Someone posted about 6 months ago, it was some boat videos if I remember correctly.

People loved the videos and were 'tipping' the author, Google banned him and they put the ads on the videos in the first place.

Basically, beware geeks bearing gifts ;)

ps ..the guy with the boat stuff was encouraging..( ie people realised how adsense works and were telling him they were saying "thanks" by clicking..he wasn't saying "don't"..in some cases he was saying "thanks for clicking" ) "click tips" on his site and his videos..

that said ..why take the risk.. for pennies per mille(s)

Thanks you guys, I won't bother with it then. It sucks though that they offer it to you, then if someone clicks the ads even if you told them not to you could lose your account.

No not worth it at all.

1. It forces a manual Human review or all videos
2. Any Copyrighted Material "even background music, pictures, logo". will be examined
3. the pays sucks unless you actually create video just for Youtube Parnter Shares based on High "YouTube" search niches

I enable it a few month ago. after review 4 of my videos were deleted for copyright content "music", and almost any flag sent emails to my account.

I deleted my complete account, and restarted from scratch with a channel just for Partner Share "No copyright music, or image, and more tailored to High search search terms"

Also the money sucks "it's worth it to have it, instead of free video plays, but it's nothing to run home to mom about.

115,000 view and you would be happy to earn 7 - 8 bucks. Ask yourself, when was the last time you click a Ad on Youtube

They're either hard up or nuts.

I just received an invitation from YouTube to add the ads to my videos. I only have 3 or 4 videos and they're not viewed much at all. They were taken by either myself or my better half. They have no music added and the only logos would be those on items in the videos (cars and other such items).
