Check Reissue Infinite Loop

Can't get a check reissued, because I can't get to a form

I need to get my Adsense check reissued after having my wallet stolen earlier this week, but when I go to the (V3) Adsense interface and search for "reissue" it takes me here

[google.com...]

and the "complete this form" link takes me here

[google.com...]

which just keeps taking me in an infinite loop when i click the "Requesting reissue of a check" link under "Payments".

Is there something out there that actually works? Anyone around who can help me out?

Nobody here, but you might try the AdSense help forum. They have actual Google types there.

Log into your account. Go to Resources and the Search for 'Request check reissue'. You should get the correct form partilaly filled up with your details. I recently got a check reissued. However I could apply only after 60 days. With stolen checks, it may be faster or different.

Wonderful. In the time I have been getting the runaround, someone cashed the check and Google refuses to reissue it.

Oh well, on the bright side, at least the detectives have something to go on now...
