The hurricane hasn't hit the U.S. yet although there are reported to be evacuations along the coast. It's making landfall within the next few hours at a weakened level [cbc.ca].

Had a lower than normal Saturday, which IMO I would put down to the hurricane. I only hope that everyone's safe and well overall; seems a really bad hurricane.

Today is scary low for me. I am assuming it's the hurricane since a lot of my traffic (according to analytics) comes from the east coast. I heard on the weather channel it could take a week+ to restore everyone's power over on the coast. Yikes.

Our traffic was pretty normal over the weekend, including lots of conversations about the hurricane.

As a matter of fact, it dropped way off over 50% for two days. Most of the ads are on "beach weddings" pages. Kinda funny actually, except for the money.

We saw similar dips during all the storm in the Spring. It makes sense. Unless you sell disaster recovery kits. ;-)
