General Category Blocking stats

over 100% of ad impressions and $, huh?

I've been looking at the stats that are shown for the new "General Category Blocking" feature, and I'm a bit confused.

Home > Allow & Block ads > Scroll/look down to "Blocking Options" > General Categories > Edit

Adding up the numbers shown for both % of ad impressions and % of income for the last 30 days, the totals are both far over 100%.

What am I missing, or not understanding about these stats?

Glad you brought this up.

I have noticed they don't make sense at times. For instance there is often discrepancies between the main categories and their sub categories.

Previously I also noted that blocked categories within 'Sensitive Categories' section exhibit impressions and earnings despite having been blocked for weeks.

Ads can be assigned multiple categories.
