Are Google AdSense stats "stuck" for you?

Well, actually it's just a lowish average day in my part of the woods. This is just to start this thread for the month. It just hasn't felt the same around here without one.

LOL...I think they were earlier on however you've got to remember the hamsters have been replaced by sloths therefore reporting is bound to be much slower:-)

Google Analytics shows more currrent AdSense stats right now. But stats have started to move again.

Not that I'm watching or anything. I mean, I can quit anytime...

Woe is me!

But as my grandma always told me, you've got to have the downs to have the ups.

And as Dad would say, "Life is hard," while Mom would say, "Life is good," sorta proving Grandma's point.

But since much of my content is on a revenue sharing site where I get a percentage of the impressions, I can always blame, if not computer glitches (on Google, the host site, and/or visitors' software and hardware), slashed campaigns, local weather, recent events, The Economy, Punxsutawney Phil, free will, my ignorance, my neglect, and normal but painful statistical variance, then at least the "black hole" of the impressions not counted to me.

I don't know what others do, though.

(Anyone ever think of the Internet as a black hole? So much data flowing into it. None of it ever escapes - it floats there somewhere. Nobody, not even the artificial intelligence that is Google, or any of the individuals who work there, can use all the information to its full potential. Which I suppose is why Google AdSense customer service is the way it is.)

That's the easiest question to answer in decades!

Firstly go for a long walk in the countryside through a tree-lined glacial valley with my grand-daughter and husky (surprise, surprise) and then go to the pub, drink some real ale and listen to some live rock n blues:-)

That resolves all known ailments.

Good day today. Day-to-day variations have become pretty dizzying of late. Overall CTR and eCPM and earnings hold steady, but one day the eCPM might be half of average, and the next double.

HuskyPup, that sounds truly calm and peaceful. I used to get out more. My idea of nature watching these days is sneezing at pollen and shaking my head over road kill.

Tried that last week and was attacked by a pot hole. Severely sprained, still can't really walk. Bah humbug.

But October stats are great. I am smiling through my agony (and pain meds)

Thanks, in this crazy online world of anti-social networking hell some of us still have to get our feet on the ground:-) I did spend about 10 years working 90-100 hours a week with websites, four years ago my youngest daughter presented me with a Husky to get me out of the office a couple of times a day and 19 months ago with a grand-daughter.

All the work done and the money earned I can now spend as I please, walk when we like, beer when I like and always the live music for relaxation.

Who needs sun? Nothing better for me than a good covering of snow for a Husky towing a pushchair:-)

Did somebody mention "Road Kill"? That's my favorite bacon burger at a local bar. Now that opened my appetite and I have to go get some tonight and get wasted on top of that! :-)

Today is the worst day in my Adsense history. CTR and EPC are a royal joke today. I won't even log in to check anything until tomorrow. Yes, I can do that...I think... :-)

October has been the best month since 2004 though...
