Haven't received the check in Imphal yet.
I am paying Income tax, but not Service Tax. I get checks in USD and assume them to be "Export of service" and hence service tax free..
Does any one pay service tax here?

Service tax is applicable only after a threshold limit of Rs. 1,000,000 in a year. So if your earning from adsense or all the sources (ad revenue) is more than one million in a financial year (April - March), you are liable to service tax.
But as I myself don't receive more than a million in a year, I am exempt from payment of service tax.
Anyone with more than that?

Contacted bluedart; will be 're-sending' (they were unable to find the location) my check tomorrow.
Look over at Bluedart website -- add your reference number and figure out what exactly is going on with your check. :)

Exclude the first '0' from your payment number and use it as reference number in bluedart.

Bluedart says "Status : Flight Delay/Cancelled. Contact Customer Service". So, I have to wait for my check.
