Shocked to See Many Sites Using My Adsense Code

Using others adsense code. What is the catch?

After many months i was checking my adsense stats and in the report i found many sites that I do not own. I went to check those sites and found different type of sites.

01. Sites that copied my content, design and adsence code, simply duplicate site.

02. One site was blocked by DNS due to phising nature of the site.

03. Only my adsense code is used (I Earned a few dollers as well)

04. One site is now being redirected to google.

I would like to know what is the catch?
Am I In any sort of danger?
What to do in such situtation? Report Google?

I just checked once again the ads which have appeared outside of my allowed sites and found two.

One a site I think in Russian and,
Another site which is "a free web-based proxy to bypass work or school filters or to just surf anonymously".

That is a classic AdSense attack. Someone is trying to get you kicked out of AdSense by linking you to a bad neighborhood."

Generally who would like to kick someone off?

Competitor who hates someone for nothing.
An employee who is angry. Is it so vaulnerable to be an employer and run adsense? And how do i tackle them When whois information is also protected?

Will adding allowed sites and filing DMCA will solve all the problem? DMCA does not work with all hosting providers not sure google takes any immediate action on DMCAs.

matrix_neo, have you tried Googling your Pub-ID
I find a number of sites that way.

I did that now, as a result i came to know more people are interested in my sites than my ownself. There are lots of sites that display my google analitics ID and adsense Pub ID and the all othersite details where i use the pub id.

NOTE: Not just mine anyone else's could be found there, it is being done kind of service. Like whois data i believe.

I think there are some web sites operate with the concept of spying your competitor's adversing profile. I think it is more serious issue than i though perviously.
