In payment history my message changed today from "You are scheduled to receive a payment..." to "AdSense payments are made on a monthly schedule...." like i don't have to receive any payments, anybody have the same problem?

Mine also says the "you are scheduled to receive a payment" too. Maybe it's just a "glitch" - maybe you can contact them if it is still bothering you.

Yeah, I heard that Google wasn't going to pay anyone this month. They were running some kind of "Give Back to Google" campaign.

on July 22 I was scheduled and on 23 I am not? there is something wrong with adsense these days. My account is business but I don't think it matters.
