It is actually Ken's report of check pip that means us EFT publishers are going pip today. USA checks one day, EFT the next day. Ken is our early alert system ;)

I love it when a plan comes together.

On advice of my tax consultant and until I reach a fair agreement with the IRS, I get paper checks.

I consistently see PIP 2 and even 3 days before EFT publishers do.

EFT PIP in California at 3 PM (10 PM WebmasterWorld time), 40 miles from Google headquarters.
It could have been there for a few hours, since I haven't looked since morning.

And no, there was no "reduction" in the amount.

And yes, the "Monthly Balance" is reporting the "twice normal" glitch, like it did last month.

Just in case it was mistunderstood, that joke was refering to the 'PIP usually last tuesday UNLESS it falls on the end of month the month' pattern that has been mentioned before.
Of course it would never be tuedsay the 29th.

Google shows that my payment was processed - number, etc. Everything has gone through...except that it is not in my Wells Fargo account yet. I'm hoping it goes through Monday night. The bank has absolutely NO record of it.

No money in the bank, but adsense is saying payment was issued on Friday, 25th. Expect to see it in the bank tomorrow, Monday (US East Coast).

Same here in the UK with my bank. Google said it was paid on Friday, yet nothing in my bank at all.

It was PIP for days prior. Why does EFT take so long ?

I would agree, but... it happens a lot. Even if it was paid at the beginning of the week. Google can state it has been paid for days before my bank lets me get my mitts onto it.

Well, mine was in the bank here in Arizona this morning. I was surprised because I thought they only put deposits through Monday through Friday nights.

Because of the shenanigans of banks, I took the step advocated by the "Move Your Money" campaign (from large banks to small banks), and moved all my money to a small local bank. I feel that the large banks MUST be disempowered. Why?

One reason is that the big guys (BofA, Wells Fargo, Chase, etc.) have a nasty habit of NOT CREDITING deposits for as much as 3 days, as a standard operating procedure. This is done to steal extra interest from your money over that period. I have personal knowledge of the B of A doing this TO ME. Even the law says they can wait 2 days.

This tactic could very well be the reason that some of you are seeing these delays. Don't blame Google, blame your bank.
