Can't enter AdSense PIN code

I have the AdSense PIN code in front of me, but for some reason my AdSense account has no link to click in order to get the enter-PIN page.


I have searched for this online and found:
- It seems 4 months after you get the PIN the ads will be turned off and public service ads are shown (this has now happened to me).
- After 6 months the account will be terminated.


Can someone please give me the URL for the enter-PIN page? Maybe this will enable me to enter the PIN even though the link is invisible.

Maybe this has something to do with it... from a previous post of yours...

I got banned, a few emails back and forth with AdSense - no reinstatement was granted.
After a few months I registered a new account with the very same details - it was approved.

Maybe they found out and stopped it. Best to write to them.
