Anyone else recived such email from google adsense?

We have gone through every aspect and verified it again and again but didnt found any violations of AdSense policies on pages such as http://www.example.com/ and our other pages.

In other case using The Google AdSense Team Issue ID# #*$!#*$! can we communicate to Google Adsense support team personally and ask them to exactly point out the problem so that we can make whatever changes are needed. As we respect the policies and have no intension to violate of AdSense policies

Any Help would be appriciated (PLEASE HELP)

Is your site easy to navigate ?
Does it contain mainly videos ? [Youtube etc]
Does it contain original content ?
Is it a case of maximum amount of adverts and little content ?

A. YES (very easy)

Q. Does it contain mainly videos ? [Youtube etc]
A. NO (not a single video) its B2B B2C website

Q. Does it contain original content ?
A. YES

Q. Is it a case of maximum amount of adverts and little content ?
A. YES (there are pages where there is no listing and disply google adsense but it also approch the visitor of a page stating clearly "there are currently no business listing in this category, be the first to list your business CLICK NOW to get listed FREE"

as this is not been done purposly as the site is very vast and there are thousands of category it may take a long time to fill them all with huge content.

we do work everyday trying to give fresh updated content to our visitors, what else we can do ?
