From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank each and every member of Adsense team and those who have been visiting my websites generating me stable income from an year and a half now.
I am still an student and my life was pretty messed up without money. Now, Adsense generated me income that would have taken me years to make in a normal day job in my country.
Like I said, I am really pleased and want to thank you guys for making my dreams come true. I am emotionally attached with this Company now and whatever checks that rolls in every month at my doorsteps are kept safely for a better future education! Maybe for Adsense team I am just an common publisher but for me, YOU have CHANGED my life forever!
Once again, a super-big thanks from me and to each and every member of this forum. I did learn plenty of things in 2009 and I want to expand my business in 2010. Adsense has given me the confidence to make it big time!
Also, today I crossed the highest income ever throughout the year.. JUST AWESOME! Thanks again...
*HAPPY 2010 YEAR*
Not that now I spend a LOT of money lavishly, but, I learnt how to spend it wisely. Whenever I remember the olden days and compare them with the present time - I thank GOD, Adsense, and nice people like YOU!
I am sure some of you might have a story like me.. Anyway, thanks and have a great time! :)

Indian economy is way more different when compared with the USA economical state. I know some of my relatives who stays there and makes hell lot of money but the system of living is expensive! So, even if they make 3000$ they will be hardly satisfied whereas in India a new software engineer is paid 250$ every month. You can see the difference..
And have a super time. 6 more hours for the new year in IST. Hope it will rock! :)
I think you may be quite surprised just how many Indians are members here, together with Chinese, Indonesian etc...WebmasterWorld is a very multicultural board, it has to be:-)
Me? I'm English and just so happen to have a factory for the past 40 years in southern India, good grief time flies when one's enjoying oneself!
I said that intentionally because outsourcing in India is cheaper and Americans (indeed with exceptions) use Indians to get tasks done (Eventually, Indians abscond with the money :D lol..)
I've seen few Englishmen who are not at all satisfied with the way Indian people work! But, there is always an exception. No offense intended at all. And, of course, people here in this forum are the same - Kind and helpful :) Have a great year!
@HuskyPup - I've seen you too many times in this forum along with lame_wolf.. you guys are doing some great work. Actually, I am curious to know about your FULL time profession and where is your factory located in South India?
In anyway, I wish you an successful year ahead. You really rock :-)
I am sure you must have seen more ups and downs than any of the publishers here.. *claps*

No offence is intended, just many years of observation.
I certainly agree with you and your experience beats me to it.. you have been here long and I assume you are full time webmaster as well. Like I said exceptions are always there. Every country has 'such' kind of people who tries to scam and make quick money out of strangers by outsourcing jobs. Fact is that they care for themselves leaving alone the country name and other people in the crock of #*$!!
New year is almost here.. precisely 3 hours to go! SO, I wish you an excellent year and twice the prosperity with healthy life :) Take care.
Well done to you, and I hope it keeps up. But you must understand that it will also dip... even if you have the same visitor numbers and clicks. Never take Adsense for granted as it can bite you in the butt if you do. (I still have the teeth marks in mine ;) )
being able to work from home without having to deal with the BS in an office is priceless, all because of GoogleAmen brother!
and I concur.. OK. I'm currently temping in a warehouse to "top up" my adsense income because it isn't enough to live on at the moment (It was... just about). Hopefully things are turning around though and at least I'm not permanently tied into an office!

Man... you're positively OLD Husky! ;)
@Sid786 : Adsense has allowed me to work at home and raise my kids for the past 6 years... I can dig what you're saying. Thanks Adsense!
Happy Noo Year folks!
How many people in the world do you think can make enough money running websites (using Adsense and other advertising) so that they can support themselves with it?
I don't think it is in the millions but I was hoping that we could come up with a number.
Man... you're positively OLD Husky! ;)
Yep...and that's why I can be cranky, awkward and very intolerant at times:-)
And the fact that you have a 40 year old factory makes it easier to know that you are aged 60+.
Not quite there yet, a couple of more years to go. I'm 7th generation of my family in my widget business but have been travelling to and working in Chennai since the mid 70s. 8th generation already in the business and 9th born in March 2009.
You'll be quite surprised Sid just how many 40+ there are here if I remember from a thread a year or so ago:-)
</off topic but fun>
While I'm sure that there are some that use Adsense as their only source of income I'm also equally sure that there are others here - like me - that use Adsense as an additional source of income.
Who would have "thunk" that such a thing would be possible?
But after reading the original post I also have to express my gratitude to Adsense. My adsense earnings have paid for many a Pizza or other take out as well as for paying some of my bills!
Yes I grumble about the PIP's but oh its better I remember that getting a PIP at all is better than getting no PIP!
So add me to the list of those who are grateful to Adsense!
And, Kaylo, I guess WW forums and the people here are much more experienced than me. You can ask couple of questions if you want but the forum is full of knowledge that is still unexplored from my side..
Thanks everyone and I am really glad to see experienced members comments on this thread. Have a great 2010 year! Take care..Love y'all!
