Missing Clicks

I use a click tracker that used to track clicks fairly accurate for years. Some days Google credits more clicks than tracked by myself, some days less (+/- 5%). But after a few days it always evened out.

Until December. This month the click tracker seems to overreport, or Google doesn't count all clicks.

About 10% of the clicks tracked by myself are missing, daily, since December 1st. I'm talking about X0.000 clicks in total with X.000 clicks missing, so IMO statistically noteworthy (especially because this month is the first month this happens, and it happens daily).

I don't want to discuss the manifold possible reasons (because that's beyond our control anyway), but does anybody else using a click tracker see something similar?

I don't have a click tracker installed, but my spidey sense is certainly tingling!

I only use click tracking for conversion optimization ... but AdSense / Clicks / Analytics / AWStats do not line up in December. I am not sure about the implications .. but I am willing to wait for the AdSense 'estimated' numbers to churn over into hard figures in January. Everything has been a bit messed up in December.
