trouble making an a new adsense unit

it never gives me the code

When I click on "submit and get code" it takes me back to the beginning of the process. I feel like it's Ground Hog Day and I will never get out of the cycle.

Dunno what your problem could be, but if it were happening to me I would...
Clean out my cache.
Run crapcleaner.
Use an anti-viri/malware program.
Run a registry cleaner.
Reboot and try again.

Or try a different browser to get the code.
