That looks excellent - a big improvement :) Well done to the Adsense team!

I filled out the survey link just a few days ago asking for something like this, so it's good to see that it was already in the pipeline.

Oh nice! Adsense graphs with an Analytics type of interface, this looks sweet!

I do hope they did let the analytics folks work on it. Can't wait to see the "Offer you more control over the ads that appear on your sites". Something we've been begging for out here for a long time, together with better reports to let us make informed decisions. Hopefully it goes far enough.

Pity there's no way to ask for being invited in the beta.

Very, very nice. Can't wait to see this in action. Hopefully they will allow category filtering for all publishers.

This is great news! Looks like I will be spending a few more hours every day looking at AdSense reports :)

One thing though, looking at the example graph, it seems although they took care to delete the sensitive data from the table (ecpm & earnings), yet they must have forgotten to erase the same data from the graph heading!
It reads: homepage $13.99 - search $7.73 - news $2.55
According to the graph it can be deduced that those are daily earnings for the 22nd of October.
I wouldn't miss the chance, so performing the calculations below:

Total time span: 30 days (5 Oct - 3 Nov)
Total clicks: 7,291
Average clicks per day: 7291:30 = 243 clicks/day
Total daily earnings: 13.99+7.73+2.55 = $24.27
CPC: 24.27/243 = 0.0998 = $0.10

Yup, sounds reasonable... :)

Talking about AS TOS violation!

You guys have no idea how hard it's been for me to keep this under wraps. You'll be learning a lot more over the coming months, but A LOT of the features you guys have been requesting will be addressed by the new interface. There are also a lot of clever things in there that you may not have even thought of.

The team working on this has been hard at work for a very long time, and I think you're all going to be very impressed with what they've built for you.

Nice work ASA - I'm looking forward to seeing what the new features are. Do you know the sort of time scale involved before a full rollout?

Does anybody have this new interface already live in her/his account?

@andrewshim - Here are couple of things you could check..

1. What type of ads are served.. CPM or CPC ads and their revenues.
2. You could also check which ad types are making more money.. image ads, text ads, flash ads or the html ads..
3. It looks more like admanager, easy to use with features such as estimated earnings. And, the payment info is in the homepage :P ..
4. The 'Performance' tab provides variety of graphs and reports.. :D Nice nice!

darn.

You mean I can't print my own blank checks and fill in the numbers I want?

You mean there's no automatic up-pricing so I can specify my own eCPM whenever it suits my needs?

hmmmphh....

but at least I get to look at lots of pretty graphs.

@andrewshim - Haha.. You can always open notepad and add 0-9 numbers.. suffix them with $ symbol for more more money :D

Seriously, graphics are cool and as far as I know, you can't specify eCPMs. But, did you try Google admanager? It does this for you :)

I have been playing around with the Adsense beta.. very very nice. Essentially a Adsense/Analytics integration.

A bit on the slow side but the combined info is worth the wait

It's great. The new reports require some getting used to with all the new bells and whistles. :)

My favourite new feature so far: Reports of Ads by Type: text, flash, image, html, dynamic image...! Some pretty big surprises for me there!

Out of interest, how did you get to participate in the beta - did you get an application link in the old Adsense CP or can you just ask your rep?

@nrep - Firstly, Adsense team sent me an email saying they selected me as publisher and told me to check out Adsense CP; Click the try out new beta link! Also, now in the adsense new interface we have Provide feedback link..

I work with two adsense accounts. One invited for the beta the other not. When I chose the option of testing the new interface on the one account, even after "signing out", as usual, I could not login to my second account (which is of much greater importance to me). Clicking the option to return to the old Adsense format solved the problem.

So, AdsenseAdvisor, here's some feed back. Test your system more thoroughly before you release it. What is Google, the new Microsoft?

Broadway, I encourage you to submit that feedback through the link in the new interface. I suspect that clearing your cache and cookies would also resolve the issue you were experiencing.

The new AdSense interface is still in early beta, so there still may be a few wrinkles left to iron out. Anyone testing it now is welcome to toggle between the old and new interfaces, but I hope you're enjoying taking the new one out for a spin before we release it to all publishers.
