disabling of Adsense Account

My problem to which i look for any urgent and binding solution please, that my AdSense
account, in accordence with the Google Adsense's email, has posed a significant risk to their AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping my account in their publisher network may financially damage their advertisers in the future, therefore they have decided to disable my account without any worning served to me at all.
In the light of above,since in am not well informed at the time and this is all a bolt from blue to which i was not prepared at all, I want you to please guide me regarding following;

1.Can i have my account activated back?
2.What is the most important in serving appeal in order to make them satisfied?
3.In case my account remains inactive even after appeal how can i atleast have my earning?(having in mind that I wasn't well informed nor I ever violated the rules of Google Adsense)

Unfortunately, we can't really do anything for you as your problem is with Google and the resolution has to be arranged with them.

Fortunately, we have some great posts on things to do if one should find their adsense account banned. If you were innocent and had not violated Google's adsense TOS, there are some things you can do to try to get reinstated.

Yes you "can" be reinstated, you have to cure the infraction.

It has happen to me and they are not quick about it, took almost 2 weeks.

yasirawan - you were concerned about this at one time - two adsense accounts on the same computer.

If you were playing games with Google, they've got zero tolerance.
