Change Account Currency - pending move

I am currently living in Australia but will be moving to the UK in 5 months. I'm getting the Change Account Currency notification when logging into Adsense but do not want to make the change now to AUD. The only way I could find to make a further change to currency reporting, once a currency has been selected, seems to be to close my account and reopen one in 5 months.
Are there any ways around this?
Would it be possible to make the change to GBP now - perhaps change to a UK address and bank account (which I can do)?
Would it be possible to wait 5 months then make the change (and still be able to log in - I doubt it?)

Any suggestions appreciated, cheers.

Google hasn't given a time frame for when the change will be required, so I wouldn't worry about it being required too soon.
Leave it.
Besides - won't you have to open a new account when you change countries anyway?

I have written to Google about this since I may be moving from the U.K. soon and, as yet, have not received a response however their wording is clear:

Please be aware that once you have updated the currency in your account, we cannot reverse the change. We will also require this change in future so we recommend that you update your account soon.

Like you I need to know what and how it can be done.

I think you can change countries (with some exceptions) and can do so by submitting an adsense support form. I am pretty sure this does not involve opening a new account.
As for the wait and see, it could be 6 months before I move which is a fair wait. Perhaps I'll wait a couple of months then make the change early - if I still have an account to change ;)

I have written to Google about this since I may be moving from the U.K. soon and, as yet, have not received a response however their wording is clear:

From memory there was a facility to write to AdSsence via a drop down box on Log In, which in this instance under discussion, included "Payments".

As far as I know with the "vast" explosion of publishers this facility no longer exists.

I wonder if AdSense's net profits actually have increased with all these relatively recent additions?
