Adsense reporting in local currency now also for Denmark and Norway

Denmark and Morway can be added to the list of countries where adsense in local currency is available.

It's interesting to see the original list appear to have been far longer: "Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, and Norway", but has been trimmed down to just 2 countries.
