OpenX is a high quality ad server which you can use to serve AdSense and other ads. The ads are normally served using Javascript.

Do you have experience using OpenX to serve AdSense?
Is it acceptable with AdSense TOS to serve ads using Javascript?
Is there a possibility to suffer (in revenue) by serving AdSense from OpenX server?

Any tips?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can use any banner system to display ADSENSE which is how A/B testing is done on the ad formats.

However, all the ads shows on the page still must comply with the AdSense T&Cs in the even you have multiple ad blocks in rotation from various vendors.

OpenX is pretty nice and has come a long way. It's actually easier to use now than Google Admanager. I tried the hosted solution and my only complaint would be the noticeable lag in page loading for the ads.
