I've had a few clicks. But mostly I don't even get impressions, i.e. no ads are running.

I just recently started using it for feeds (about 3 weeks now) I do have some traffic on a daily basis, and I'm using Image and Text ads on the feed.

but...uhhhhh....

I remember I got a click once

It's not quite that bad for me....but the clicks are far fewer than I was expecting with the number of views the page gets per day...

And I noticed the ads are not quite "on target" in some cases, perhaps that's due to the short time that the feed has been using the ads. The original feed has been around for over 2 years.

With feeds you start to celebrate when you get your first click after several days and realize you made 1 cent for it :)

I droped AdSense for feeds after some weeks of testing.

65 impressions 0 clicks

The access log file of my servers shows, the rss feed file is accessed about 500 times a day.

How about using your own ads in the feed (instead of the default feedburner). Do you think that might work better?

AdSense for feed is fine to me. It seems the most of its revenue is generated by impressions rather than clicks.

sujukik,
Can you define fine as in terms of CPM or how it compares to your content ads?

I'm wondering if this is going to be another example of do lots of work and then have the program killed because it didn't do well. Sigh.

I think for it to work well they need to let us put it into our own feeds. I manage mine and am not about to give it to google.

I would love to put ads in my feed but can't. I am sure it would work well though.

It never works right for me. I usually get nothing at all or a red "x" but I hardly ever get an actual ad in the feed.

There is one pro to having Google do your feeds: you get to use their bandwidth.
