Hi!

After more than one year I was doing some maintenance on one of my site. I found in a channel (an ad-link) a lot of clicks that apparently were not paid in 2008, and 2009. (2005, 2006, and 2007, apparently ok.

Until 2007 I was working very hard (improving content and ad placement) with adsense. Then I believed the market of contextual advertising was going down, and I partially abandoned my websites. Maybe my conclusion was wrong and the decreasing in income was due to other factors.

I visited all forums, blogs, and help sections, and did not find a way to send a mail to “Adsense Team”.

I don't think this can happen. What CAN happen, and does, is that people use channels in various ways to analyze their data, and end up doubling the reporting of the data in them when they look at the channel reports. If you were paid what your aggregate data reported, then you were paid correctly.

Are you absolutely certain that you are interpreting your reports correctly?

Have you checked the site is listed in Adsense Setup / Allowed Sites? (if you have selected "Only allow certain sites...")
