Just wondering if its me. No one else seems to have mentioned whether or not the stats are stuck. Haven't updated in the last 5 hours. I'd hate to be alone :-(

Just the opposite with me - last 2 days were the best of the month, then today looked to be one of the worst. Glad to know it's a Google issue and there'll be some catching up to do eventually.

My stats for 10th are zero. No clicks, nothing, zilch. Normally it would be in the 1,000s of clicks by now. UK based and mainly UK sites.

Stats for the 9th, when they did eventually get posted, were a pleasant surprise.

The last 1/3 of the Google day were diabolical for me, it had been running nicely until then and zap, it collapsed in a heap.

Stats seem stuck today. Well, I hope so, otherwise it'd be really scary. You just never know since April 1st if you're going to get a click dump or if your day is really that bad.

It now seems to have recovered for me, and very well.

I just don't see how a company like Google, dealing with millions and millions of a day can let their systems fall over so regularly. It's a very amateur system. Truly very poor. Absolutely no excuse.

Up until a couple of months ago, failures in reporting were a rareity. Now, it's got to the point where I almost expect rubbish reporting.

Doesn't bother me. There's no point in monitoring numbers hourly, or twice daily or even daily. It all gets there in the end, and into my pocket. I have better things to do than worry that today's partial stats are bad.

My stats are horrible today. Not sure if it is the Good Friday and Passover holidays or if the stats are stuck again.

I wonder if the upcoming maintenance is related to this. Time will tell.

coachm it might not bother you, but for some of us run pretty big sites, nearing a million page views/ day and yes these daily fluctuations matter then coz couple of hrs lost every other day due to some technical error then start to matter.

Just to give you an idea if your hosting provider goes down like this or has other problems ever other day...... just think about it.

Ended up to be a really bad day, worst CPM in 3 months. Just when things were starting to go well this year and now things seem to be upset once again. I hate these constant reversals of fortune.

Friday was about where I expected it to be considering it's the second biggest holiday period of the year for many however today's stats are truly diabolical.

I was expecting low earnings but I can't even buy half a beer yet!

Please unstick the machine G.

Absolutely - stats down by 50% on Friday so i HOPE we're in for a click dump today. At least the Saturday maintenance was cancelled, that's always a sure-fire stats killer.

Why?

I did think about it. Here's what I thunk. You are using the wrong method to discover what is happening to your hosting provider. There's better ways. What you are doing is ineffective.

..personally, I think you guys have no GOOD reason to check all the time, particularly once you know that stats are not synced, etc. You're just addicted.

Coachm, I think you protest too much! Why post in these discussions if you are so disinterestd?

friday was already the worst day in this year AND the last year! 70% below average and saturday looks even worse!

what is going on with adsense, has this something to do with this stupid interest-based ads?

grrrr

Personally, I think you have no GOOD reason to check the adsense forum all the time, just to tell us we're all mad, particularly as you know these threads are inevitable. You're just addicted.

Easily my worst day's earnings since Xmas, I was expecting a low day since my records show the Easter period traffic to be lower but 50% the earnings of 2008?

Removing Xmas periods from the comparison the last time I had so few clicks was before I went 100% sitewide 4+ years ago...yikes.
