Or maybe their browser was giving them problems. It goes like this.

Dear Joe: (not my real name)

I like you websites:

mysite.com

But you covered up tons of very important steps making impossible to get the full information I needed in your tutorial:

The Page Subject Header

IE: This is covering most of the text that I tried to read about <the page subject header>

--An ad block is copied into the email below here but it is disquised a little bit---

Or maybe your layout is such that different screens push the ads over the content, I have seen this on many many sites.

Fixed layout 980 pixels. This must be a scam. Who would go through the trouble. You can't copy and paste an ad block.

By the way the email makes it look like an authentic reader with a signature and phone numbers, but the numbers(reverse phone lookup) don't match the name.

Perhaps your site really is not displaying properly in all browsers.

For your own piece of mind check it out in both FF and IE

No biggie. Thought it may be something new and warn the unsuspecting.

Yes, the div tag I am using is off and does cut it off in Firefox. thanks for the insight. Good thing it's only on a few pages.

Try BrowserShots to see the page in a variety of browsers. You may be surprised by how things look to others.

I'm surprised they still have an adsense account. Breaks TOS on IE6 big time.
