Am I being smart-priced?

The post by DNelly made me ask myself one important question, which I ask below.

Google CPC estimator tool says that if I were to advertise with my keywords, I would on average pay $0.81. Google's share is unknown however we can safely assume that the publisher would get at least $0.5.

My real CPC is only 1/10 of $0.5. So, does it mean I'm being smart-priced?

Let me ask the same question in a different way: how accurate is Google traffic estimator in regard to your CPC?
