I don't want to discuss with google,it is no use,I know. But I want to know:
Can I get the money that I earn in July,August and September? July and August's payment has been approved. And I received July's check and I will get the August's check within a few days. Can I get those money?
And can I apply for adsense again with another different site?

So depressed now.

The suspension also applies to the person, so you will not be able to apply again just with a new site.

If your payment was approved and mailed before you were suspended, you will receive it. If it wasn't approved or mailed when you were suspended, you will need to contact Google to ask.

Sorry to hear about that danneile. I've read before that a guy from Sweden was in a similar situation with yours. He wrote Google if he could encash the check he had received after his account was disabled and he was told it was alright to encash it. But I'm afraid you would have to forget about your September earnings.

Well,I don't know the fate of July and August's money, but I know that I can forget the September earnings because I googled the net(I still like goolge) and find that many people say that adsense give the money that the banned publishers earn to the advertisers. It is sad to know that I am banned from adsense without warning me in advance, it seems that some one said that google will warn the publishers before adsense decide to ban the publishers that adsense don't like. But I never receive such a mail.

danneile - a few questions -

how long have you been in the program?

you never received an email with a warning?

was the disabled email because of invalid clicks?

do you fee there were invalid clicks?

what industry were you in?

how many sites did you have adsense on?

This brings up an interesting question. What if someone got approved for payment, and banned before that check was mailed? Does getting "approved" mean that they will send the check 100% of the time?

My guess is that both approval and mailing have to have happened already. I would think stopping any payments still in the pipeline will be standard business practice.

Well, I would like to answer some questions that howiejs ask that are related to account. First of all, I never receive an email with a warning or something like that. You mean my account is disabled because of invalid clicks, NO,I never click any link in adsense, and if you mean that email I receive from google, I would like to say the content of the mail is the same as the mails sent to other banned publishers. You can't get enough information to decide yourself if you made invalid clicks or you are brought in guilty because of other actions or even nonsense.

I would imagine an instant kick from the program like you have experienced is based on more serious activity (according to Google's detection algorithmn - I'm not passing any judgment or saying you did anything wrong) that is against google's TOS.

Either that or for some reason you never received the email. Wouldn't be the first time - email is not infallible.

Invalid clicks covers a very wide range of problems, the adverts themselves can be invalid in the first place due to unfair keyword manipulation, thus any clicks will be deemed invalid if checked up on... This is just one example of what Google would see as 'invalid clicks' - and obviously, you don't know which of the invalid clicks category you fall under "due to the proprietary nature" of their magical software.
It must be quite annoying not knowing exactly why you are not getting paid for your last few months work, not exactly great customer relations from Google to those that are put in the same situation and are innocent.

I was looking for link possibilities and found a travel directory with adsense that was showing ads for Casinos and poker etc, which was pretty off target, but when I did "select all" on the page, there was a huge block of text that was basically "casino casino casino texas hold em high casino casino" over and over again at the top and bottom.

I didn't submit my site to their directory, and about 2 weeks later, all their adsense ads had been suspended (code still there, but not showing ads).

If you received an email saying you had invalid clicks then you won't get paid.

I also received an email saying they we're disabling some of my URL's but we're happy for me to continue with some of my other sites.

They won't tell me why they disabled some of my urls but (I did nothing wrong or no invalid clicks) but that they reserve the right to do this. I will get paid all monies they owe me from the URL's they disabled.

So if you received an email saying you had invalid clicks you won't get paid but if there just disabling your account you will.

I've read here on webmasterworld that since Google has gone public they are reviewing accounts and will disable any accounts they see fit.

I had my account disabled a while back and discovered the email in my spam folder which I went hunting for after I couldn't log in, turned out that they weren't happy with the Image above column ads saying 'MySite Links', they suggested that 'Advertisements' would be more appropriate, so I made the change, let them know and the account was enabled again very swiftly.

Patrick's example is exactly what I meant, just people adding high paying keywords to pages that should realistically be getting lower paying ads that are relevant to the page. (Advertisers will not be happy if they are having to pay out for people that click a car insurance ad - who are playing children's games as they are unlikely to end up as a sale).
